Projects:
Queens Community House
Developed a multi-level leadership and advocacy program for young women from lower socioeconomic and immigrant families, which prepared them to run their own conference.
Evaluated a three-year Community of Learners program at four schools (elementary through high school); developed quantitative and qualitative evaluation instruments, administered surveys, conducted interviews and focus groups, analyzed data, and wrote comprehensive annual and final reports.
Evaluated a three-year Access for Young Women program with a focus on math, science, and technology.
